Want to Host a Party Here?
It’s simple. Select a theme and then add on from our customizable options as desired.
Basic Party Package - $150
Two hours in the Celebration Room during regular museum hours
Admission for up to 20 guests. Additional guests cost $3 per person. Babies under age 1 get in free. Members count toward the total party number. All guests are welcome to stay beyond the party hours to explore the exhibits as regular visitors.
One 2-for-1 admission pass for each child to use at a later date. Passes may not be used with other discounts.
Decorations and coordinating paper products. Tablecloths, plates, napkins and utensils; cups available upon request.
Setup/cleanup by museum staff. Cleaning beyond regular museum usage will incur a $50 cleaning fee, as stated in the party contract.

Deluxe Party Package - $200
Includes all basic party package offerings, as well as:
- Premium place settings for up to 12 guests
A balloon garland, photo booth or specialized chalkboard art
One dozen BittyCake cupcakes and juice boxes: $40
- Goodie bags: $3 per bag
Special program led by staff: $30 (see list below)
Special theme request: $20
Afterhours private party: $50
Extra hour of time: $25 during regular hours; $50 afterhours
Latex helium balloons: $1 | Mylar balloons: $2 for small; $5 for large; $10 for jumbo
Hosts may bring in outside food, beverages and decorations. Hosts (up to 2 adults) may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up food and decorate if they’d like. There is a 10-minute grace period following the party end-time to say goodbye to guests, clean and load up items. Afterward, hosts will incur an additional charge.
All party-goers are expected to follow the museum rules.
Space Rentals & After-Hours
Rent out our Celebration Room ($35/hour) during business hours for workshops, meetings, classes and more. Normal admission fees apply.
Or you can book the entire facility after hours ($150 for two hours; $50 for each additional hour) for up to 50 people for an unforgettable private event, including corporate functions, family reunions, parties and small wedding receptions.
Booking Your Party
Call us at 269-561-8494 to book your celebration. Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
